Job Description: We are searching for a Social Media Manager to oversee our company's interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
  • Focus on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets.
  • Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain our company's brand
  • Work with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
  • Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts
  • Work with management to develop internal, partner, and influencer-focused social media strategies to identify improvement opportunities
  • Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities 
  • Stay aware of competitors and competitor activities 
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs 
  • Position SHOPX as thought leaders in e-commerce and Web3

Social Media Manager Requirements
  • Preferably 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of the use of a range of social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, YouTube and Facebook. Experience with TikTok a plus.
  • Interest or knowledge of e-commerce, hype wear, luxury fashion, crypto, blockchain, and/or Web3 
  • Organized, efficient in time management, able to meet deadlines
  • Able to develop new social content 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, 
  • Ideally proficient in Adobe Creative Software (Photoshop etc.), Canva, and/or basic video editing
  • While there will be a support network in place for you, this is an autonomous, fast-paced, and varied role that may require multitasking
  • Strong understanding of platform niches and the variety of content required for each
  • Able to conduct data analysis and interpret statistics
