We are currently searching for a strong Remote Phyton Developer:
Requirements
- Experience with Python/Spark/AIrflow/MinIO/SQL technologies.
- 7+ years of practical progressive experience in developing, supporting, and deploying complex systems using the latest technologies is essential.
- Must have excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, and experience working in a team setting.
- Must have progressive IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of advanced programming experience on a range of latest technologies/platforms (Python, Postgres/MySQL/Hive databases, SQL programming, Linux/Unix, Shell scripts, Scala, Spark, HDFS, MinIO, Airflow, Django, Tableau, Kubernetes clustered environment on-prem or public cloud).
- Must have working experience in development and deployment tools for DevOps and CI/CD integration (e.g Phycharm/IntelliJ, Bitbucket/Github, Artifactory, Docker, JIRA, Confluence). With the ability to debug and test on local windows machines as well as on Linux/Unix application servers.
- Experience with build and implementation of containerized applications (Apache spark or equivalent) using Docker and deploying on Kubernetes Cluster. Experience with Docker is a must- including setting up and managing Docker registries as well as creating docker files to create custom images.
- Must have demonstrated advanced database-related programming skills. Ability to understand, modify and develop database programming code to support systems requirements and applications.
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify critical issues, and prioritize and apply technology and industry practices in always that are most beneficial to the company.
- Must be a self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with good analytical skills in order to understand and resolve business issues.
- Working knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI would be an asset.
