What You'll Be Doing:
As a Systems Analyst/Integrator, you will be responsible for analyzing and configuring systems to support business processes, creating and documenting system specifications and communicating with clients as well as the internal technical team. This role will require technical analyst experience, strong research and technical reading comprehension skills, and the ability to clearly communicate with both external and internal stakeholders. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Researching and interviewing people about business processes and systems
- Understanding what questions to ask and data points to look for
- Ability to gather a lot of information, organize and analyze data and create specifications for projects
- Researching and understanding systems and systems configurations
- Configuring systems to support business requirements and processes
- Facilitating clear communication between team members and clients regarding project scope and updates
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of working on a technology team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Teams configuration
- Strong research and technical reading comprehension skills
- Knowledge of the MS Power Platform
- Experience in: MS Office 365 (particularly Excel), JotForm and similar form building platforms, Project Management Tools (i.e. ClickUp), Agile Methodology
- Understanding how APIs work is a plus
- Understanding how to build solutions in MS Power Platform is a plus
- Understanding specific professional services industry platforms is a plus
- Communicative and well-organized
- Customer service experience is a plus
This is a contract position with the potential to convert to full time. Hourly rate is $30-50/hr DOE. Hours per week 20-40.
