We are looking for our first Product Marketing Hire who will help tell Ashby's story to prospects and customers (as you may have noticed, we've been pretty quiet to date). You will work closely with me (CEO & Co-Founder) and our small marketing team to draft Ashby's initial messaging and positioning, refine our release marketing and prepare our public launch.
We have a very fast-moving product & engineering team and are looking for someone who can start broadcasting major releases and refining our overall message to the market over time.

🥝 You can demonstrate taste and have a strong eye for how Ashby should present itself and its products across all GTM teams
💡 You are deeply curious and are excited to learn about our market and users - you develop a deep understanding of how product features can impact our customers

This round is largely focused on meeting the functional leaders you'd be collaborating with and meeting more members of the team
We’re building the next generation of enterprise software and we’re starting with a suite of products that help talent leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers run their hiring process significantly better (we haven’t shared much publicly about what we’re building yet, but we’ll be more specific once we meet).
