Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer for our top design projects as part of the Product Team. As a designer, you should be a problem solver who crafts practical and beautiful user experiences. As a senior designer, you will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring your more junior colleagues. Together with the team, you’ll help break down business and customer problems, imagine new and elegant solutions, and help bring great experiences to life.

 

What you’ll do

• Contribute to our most valuable design projects by making product improvements, as well as working on new products and features from scratch.

• Explore and communicate design concepts through sketches, user flows, low fidelity wireframes and prototypes.

• Participate in design research, user research and validation testing.

• Lead 1-3 designer(s) on projects as necessary.

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the process to ensure the designs fit the business goals and technical constraints as well as user needs.

• Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life.

• Create robust and scalable design systems.

• Advocate for best practices across the product design team and mentor less experienced designers.

• Contribute to improving the end to end product delivery process, as well as our internal processes.

 

What you need to succeed

• A deep knowledge of mobile and web app design patterns and UX best practices.

• An appreciation for the entire product development process - from idea generation and research to detailed UI/UX design.

• Ability to simplify complex problems down to simple and elegant solutions.

• Willingness to share your work in progress with others to incorporate feedback and iterate.

• Willing to provide honest, constructive feedback for your team.

• Ability to lead Jr and Mid level designers on projects.

• Willingness to make decisions and take ownership of your work.

• Comfortable with context switching and are able to manage overseeing multiple projects.

• Strong verbal and written English skills - you are able to communicate your thoughts and ideas effectively to the team and international stakeholders.

• Experience in the design user testing process (preparing testing artifacts, reviewing feedback, etc).

• Bonus skills such as UX writing, motion design, 3D design etc. are very appreciated.
