We are looking for (Remote) Senior .Net Software Development Engineers to help us move forward, who will:
- End-to-end development for .NET applications (including maintenance, extension, and new feature development)
- Identify and implement improvements to the existing applications
- Debug and perform root cause analysis for application issues
- Take initiative recommending improvements to the development process
- Proactively identify application pain-points and suggest mitigation strategies
- Perform peer reviews of code changes
- Perform testing of new features/enhancements/bug fixes
- Maintain help articles for new/updated features
- Provide training sessions for the support team for new features
- Work closely with business stakeholders within an agile environment
Requirements
Essential:
- Extensive experience as a .NET developer with C# (8+ years)
- We also open for Intermediate Engineers with over 3 years of experience
- SQL Server
- Knowledge of the following (or similar) frameworks:
- NHibernate (or similar persistence or ORM framework such as Microsoft Entity Framework or Dapper)
- NUnit / XUnit (unit testing)
- Castle Windsor (or similar dependency injection/IoC framework, such as Autofaq or Ninject)
- Knockout, Vue.js (or similar JavaScript MVVM framework)
- JQuery
- ASP.NET MVC
- Experience with agile methodologies and test-driven development techniques
- Good command in English
Bonus (Nice to have)
- Experience in the Payroll domain
- AWS
- Experienced in leading Engineering teams
