Role: Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Social
Location: Remote (US/Canada Based)
About the Role
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager is a key individual responsible for working directly with our partners to implement cutting edge paid media strategies. This individual will have the opportunity to work with our team of A players to build best-in-class frameworks to achieve predictable, compounding growth for our partners.
About You
You are a social media guru who has stayed abreast of the continuously changing digital advertising environment. You are skilled at identifying strategic gaps that clients may be missing and enjoy finding new ways of doing things to improve performance.
Core Responsibilities
Owning planning, executing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns across platforms on an ongoing basis (e.g - Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.)
Leading ideation of test and learn frameworks across social and other paid media channels
Identifying the correct audience to target based on client goals (e.g - Retargeting website visitors, lookalike audiences, etc…)
Finding the optimal event to run against (e.g - Lead, Trial, Purchase, Return on Investment) that best ties to the client’s KPIs
Measurement testing (e.g - Running a conversion lift test study or split test)
Setting up and managing campaigns including bids, budgets, audience targeting and ads
Setup and launch creative tests based on test structures defined by the Head of Creative Strategy
Identifying reporting improvement opportunities for the Head of Engineering
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing paid social channels (e.g - Facebook and other social channels)
6+ years of overall growth marketing experience
Experience developing and implementing growth marketing strategies for a high-growth brand or agency
Comfortable working with complex data sets and identifying trends and patterns
Clear communicator that orients towards simplifying growth marketing concepts (e.g - real-time bid auctions, conversion lift tests) in simple terms
Ownership mindset: if there is a problem to be solved you take it on, make a business case for additional resources, and implement it
Previous client facing experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with incrementality testing
Experience with tag managers and pixel tracking
Basic understanding of SQL (you do not need to code)
A basic grasp of data and frontend engineering including ETLs, Cookies, and Data Schemas
Experience with landing page testing
Experience with leading Teams
