We are looking for a Senior Director of Product to be the leader behind the product vision, strategy, and execution. This executive will be responsible for attracting and retaining high-caliber talent in multiple functions including product management, product design, newly-forming product operations, and product strategy with a hyper-focus on innovation and rapid iteration. As a strategic partner to the CEO and CTO, the Senior Director of Product will define, embody, and empower the company’s product culture, growing the next iteration of marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Experience in human-computer interaction and workflow automation
- Background in client-side software development and program management is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Creative thinking skills
