About the role:
You will be responsible for the following:

Prospecting ICP leads.

Scheduling Qualified Demos for our Automation Specialist team.

Building outreach campaigns and strategies.
-
Participating in, and leading, sales (and other professional development) training
We are looking for people who:

Are highly intelligent, adaptable, and a natural problem solver.

Are self-learners.
-
Have 1+ years experience in sales or marketing.
-
Advanced Spanish and English are a MUST.
-
Have experience working in a pedal-to-the-metal (and often chaotic) start-up.

Have a proven record of being a top performer.
Most, but not all, have:

Started, or a desire to start, their own company.
-
Desires to become a leader and manager.
-
A business related degree.
