About the role
You will identify the problems to be solved that have the greatest value and impact on people's health, and then you will do everything possible to help your team design, implement, launch and iterate high-quality solutions quickly. To achieve this, you will align and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, which may involve areas such as engineering, design, medical, ops, compliance, actuarial, marketing, growth, and more. This is a highly visible and accountable role, where you need a combination of strategic thinking and the ability to break down problems, energy to execute based on insights, and very good communication.

- You do everything you can to better understand user needs, and constantly incorporate quantitative and qualitative information to determine the right strategy and roadmap to address those needs.
- You enjoy thinking about problems in terms of root causes and first principles.
- You are a fast learner, and don't shy away from new challenges.
- You aim for high quality and speed standards when conceptualizing ideas and implementing them. You constantly raise the bar.
- You have a strong drive to delivery value fast by thinking a lot, and carefully, about prioritization and scope.
- You enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (e.g. engineering, design, marketing, operations) and like guiding those teams through a product development and improvement process. You believe people go further when working together.
- You communicate clearly, in writing and verbally. You listen, and then persuade people with an assertive point of view and a strong narrative.

- You have deep understanding of technology and design.
