About the role

We’re looking for a talented product designer to help push our products and R&D team forward on the next stage of our journey. As our first in-house designer you’ll need to be able to operate at many levels from deeply understanding product strategy to icon design, and everything in between. This role will provide you with a great amount of accountability and the opportunity to showcase your talent, whilst growing with the company.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning and driving design problems for our member and coach products

• Integrating behavioural design into our user experiences

• Creating clarity through journey maps, wireframes and prototypes

• Validating and iterating designs with user research

• Executing designs in polished UI in close collaboration with developers

• Planning and prioritising sprint work with product managers

• Owning and managing our design systems

What you’ll bring

• Creative problem solving and a drive to deliver positive outcomes for our users

• Experience crafting native and web experiences

• Used to working as part of a cross-functional team of product managers and engineers

• Passionate about your craft and the importance of design

• Experience understanding, developing, shipping and iterating with user focus

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• You ideally have more than 3 years of experience but more importantly, can demonstrate the impact of your work on company objectives
