As a Product Curator, you will leverage your expertise with data analytics and product knowledge, design and maintain usage and conversion analytics to prioritize work, participate in the design of platform subsystems for automation and machine learning, and be responsible to prioritize, build, and maintain OEM based sets of repair templates. This position reports directly to the Director of Product.
Requirements
What You Will Be Doing
- Find, organize, and curate OEM light vehicle labor and parts repair data from multiple sources
- Communicate regularly with product stakeholders to ensure requirements and goals are achieved
- Define, design, and document detailed product and data integration requirements
- Design and maintain usage and conversion analytics to prioritize work
- Build and maintain OEM-based sets of repair templates
- Participate in the design of platform subsystems for automation and machine learning
What You Need for this Position
- Accountability for work product
- Curiosity and above-average analytical, conceptual, and troubleshooting abilities
- Desire to learn, mentor, share knowledge, and question requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to design new software systems
- Knowledge of the National Highway Transportation and Safety Administration Recalls and Labor Time Guides
- Experience in technology, trends, standards, and product ownership
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Library Science, Computer Science, or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Either OEM or Automotive Dealership experience
