The Corporate Marina Success Manager at Dockwa will be responsible for expanding the relationships with some of our largest corporate marina customers.  These corporate accounts range from partners who own hundreds of marinas to ones that own just a few, highly trafficked, locations. This is a high impact and high visibility role, where you will consistently work with customers to ensure adoption and full value of Dockwa’s solutions.  Your role is key to retaining and, most importantly, growing the footprint of Dockwa within the marina sets.



As a Corporate Marina Success Manager @ The Wanderlust Group, you will:
  • Work as a trusted advisor to your customers and ensure they fully realize the value that the Dockwa platform provides to their marinas with driving revenue and providing operational efficiencies
  • Understand and document your customers’ business objectives and work with the customer to help them progress toward those objectives through adoption, onboarding and training on the Dockwa platform
  • Meet regularly with customers to provide value at every touchpoint 
  • Identify expansion opportunities within each marina as well as ways to proactively work with sales to onboard additional sister marinas
  • Manage the customer renewal process and work toward expanding the footprint of Dockwa within each group of marinas
  • Drive nightly bookings and GMV across assigned accounts
  • Work in close tandem with our implementation and services team to help deliver the most value to our corporate partners
  • Meet and exceed all monthly targets
  • Maintain healthy account data and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce



We think the best candidates will:
  • 7+ years in a senior account management or sales role 
  • Experience working in the marine space or in a similar vertical is a plus
  • Experience communicating and growing relationships at the C-suite as well as marina/operational level. It will be very important to be a chameleon and to always understand and seek out key decision makers
  • Able to demonstrate a sense of urgency, orchestrating customer priorities effectively
  • Effectively manage and identify customer opportunities and risks
  • Able to drive successful renewal, expansion discussions, and agreements
  • A strong desire to improve your organization and those around you
  • Excellent professional presence, communication skills, and track record of exceeding goals
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast pace, rapidly evolving environment
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
