About this Role

As the first Partnerships Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the relationships between Ashby and all partners (technology, VC/Accelerator, and channel partners)

  • Maintaining the integration marketplace and development funnel with external partners and our internal engineering team

  • Managing inbound interest in partnering with Ashby

  • Launching one-to-one and one-to-many partnerships communications including newsletters, webinars, and events

  • Reaching out to potential partners to expand Ashby’s partnership ecosystem

  • Enabling sales, customer success, and marketing on the offerings of Ashby’s partners

You could be a great fit if:
  • You have previously managed partnerships at a B2B software company

  • You have some knowledge of software APIs, endpoints, webhooks, etc.

  • You’ve project managed the development of programs at a B2B software company

  • You are excited about mastering our own products and external integrations

  • You build trust & strong relationships

  • You are extremely organized

  • You have excellent communication skills. We, and our partners, value clear & concise communication

  • You are excited to shape our Partnerships playbook

  • You can enable other functions, such as sales & marketing by having a deep understanding of product integrations and customer use cases
