The role

As an Operations Associate at Resolve, you will be facing high-profile merchants and buyers to resolve queries, recommend solutions, and collect payments. You will also act as a key liaison between our merchants and buyers to enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will provide process and product feedback to multiple Resolve stakeholders such as the Product Management, Credit, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

The Operations Associate at Resolve is a problem solver and a team player who enjoys wearing different hats and takes pride in offering white-glove service while keeping Resolve's best interest in mind.

As with most customer-facing positions, we expect you to be detail-oriented, and to have exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

What you’ll do

  • Handle incoming outreach from merchants and buyers within established SLAs

  • Engage with merchants and buyers on past due and delinquent accounts

  • Monitor and apply incoming payments from various sources

  • Support operational requests from merchants and buyers

  • Highlight issues and communicate solutions with various teams

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 2 Years of customer-facing/operations-related experience

  • Ability to work with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

  • Effective time management and self-accountability

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of professionalism

Bonus

  • Experience in fintech/banking

  • Experience working at a startup

Location

Remote. We are based in San Francisco but continue to grow our distributed team across the United States and Canada. This specific position is for candidates who can operate in eastern time zone.
