Role Description
Dalet Flex is a configurable content supply chain solution that resolves the multi-platform delivery needs of today's content creators and distributors. From 2022, Dalet Flex is now available as a service with Dalet Flex For Teams plans, allowing media organizations to benefit from the platform capabilities in a few days, simply by starting a subscription.
To support the growth of Dalet Flex For Teams, the Product Management department is looking for a Media Solutions Architect to join the existing team, contribute to the evolution of the platform, with a specific focus on the packaging of Flex for SaaS deployments.
This role in the Product Management team will actively interact with the Product Managers, R&D and Customer Success to handle the following responsibilities :
- Translate the customer experience requirements and high level functional workflows in optimized Dalet Flex For Teams workflows, predefined configurations (metadata definitions, workflows, data model, etc..), architectures and operating concepts
- Identify gaps in the Dalet Flex platform to improve the customer experience, raise epics for R&D, follow implementation and define success criteria for a final product acceptance
- In collaboration with the Customer Success team, maintain demo environments reflecting the workflows and value of the Dalet Flex For Teams offering
- Own the roadmap of Flex Configuration Manager, the tool allowing to industrialize the configuration of Dalet Flex environments
- Contribute to the roadmap of the Dalet Flex platform
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of either Product Management or customer-facing technical experience
- Comfortable with scripting or developing in Groovy, Java or Javascript
- Nice to have : Practical experience working with R&D engineering teams
- Knowledge of workflow systems (BPM) is a big advantage
- Knowledge and practical experience in microservices-based architectures (Kubernetes, Docker, Linux)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Used to working in an international distributed team environment, with large projects and in complex organizations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously with strong attention to detail.
