We're recruiting for an ambitious media consultant with 1-4 years digital media and agency experience to join the expanding ID Comms team in the US.

Some important stuff upfront:
- This is a remote role and you'll be supported to work remotely anywhere within US time zones, preferably +/- 2 hours to ET. ID Comms provides a monthly stipend fund for remote team members that you can put towards your workspaces, technology and wellbeing.
- You must have the right to work in the US. This position is not available under sponsorship.

This Media Consultant role is specifically designed to help our clients define the right strategies and make the right decisions that have a positive impact on their business success. Working alongside a talented team of media professionals, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your existing skills and experience in media to truly make an impact on our client's business.
This role will join our US-based team. You'll be focused on:
- Be a part of the ID Comms consulting team using data, technology and expertise to transform media and advertising into powerful levers for growth for the world's most ambitious advertisers.
- Working through the ID Comms #MediaForGrowth lifecycle, helping ambitious advertisers to evaluate and upgrade their internal CAPABILITIES and forge productive relationships with the best external PARTNERS (including agencies) through agency pitches and negotiations.
- Providing support of specific project activities and servicing important client relationships
- Providing project and client leads with regular updates to enable strategic client planning
- Actively participating, and when appropriate, leading client and internal Work In Progress (WiP) meetings to help influence project strategy and decision making
- Owning the project plan within TeamWork and providing process management for projects you're assigned to keep on track
- Managing day to day client communication as appropriate
- Responsibility for regularly updating our project assets throughout project delivery to continually innovate and improve our consulting products and workflow
- Competently controlling your work/schedule to prioritize and deliver against internal and client-facing responsibilities
- Listening to client challenges and working with our experienced consultants to adapt our consulting frameworks to suit specific needs

Your essential attributes
- 1-4 years experience in a media or advertising agency, or a media or marketing consultancy
- Good basic working knowledge of US media and advertising
- Understanding of the agency new business and pitch process
- Exceptional organizational, written and communication skills, including presenting to a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience in analyzing data and information to help problem-solving and client delivery
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive team player
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects and tracking to timelines
Your desirable experience
Would be ideal if you have experience in one (or more) of the following areas:
- Agency or consulting new business processes
- Knowledge of some consulting models, methodologies and frameworks
- Some experience in delivering services across international markets
- Experience using Google Suite and TeamWork (or similar online collaboration programs)
