At HER, you will support our marketing program in furthering our self-service analytics suite, digging up and analyzing insights to act on, preparing for the future, and structuring tests so that we can improve marketing tactics and create a consistent user experience. Marketing Analyst Responsibilities

  • Identify key behaviors, user trends, and own marketing and lifecycle analytics from test design to analysis and reporting.

  • Build and maintain dashboards. Ensure stakeholders are equipped with self-service data and insights

  • Conduct business case studies and provide ROI analyses for projects and initiatives

  • Work with large amounts of data during analysis and validation

  • Determine casual impact of marketing enhancements

  • Build financial forecasts and predictive models

  • Communicate findings to key stakeholders throughout the business in the form of actionable insights

  • Serve as the bridge between the business and the analytics teams. Collaborate with various teams to map source data, data pipelines, and define business rules and reporting requirements

  • Perform ad-hoc strategic and tactical analysis to advance business decisions

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a marketing or product team supporting analyst

  • An analytical mindset with advanced Excel, SQL, and third party visualization tools like Metabase

  • Preferred ability with data programming languages like R or Python

  • Experience with analytics in a digital performance marketing setting

  • Advanced understanding of marketing and financial concepts

  • Experience with marketing attribution modeling and comparing various types of attribution for performance evaluation

  • Refined presentation skills and story development

  • Ability to effectively communicate data into actionable items for the marketing team

  • Prior experience working in tech is a plus
