Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and open-minded QA Engineer to join our team in feature, regression, and end-to-end testing of tools and projects within the Research department. You will have the opportunity to work with the testing of firmware, web services and participate in the hardware validation process. You will take part in maintaining existing features and supporting new features and product development to guarantee and raise quality standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create and update testing documentation for research initiatives: requirements, test plans, test summary reports, etc.
- Perform feature and regression testing of projects on different stages starting from PoC to full scale production
- Validate and sign-off on new features and internal firmware releases
- Actively involved in SDLC and release process
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in manual testing
- Experience in UNIX/Linux
- Strong understanding of network principles
- Experience in testing of embedded systems
- Experience with DB and SQL
- Knowledge of testing methodologies
- Experience in writing test documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of testing methodologies
- Good written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Understanding of client-server architecture and backend testing experience
- Basic knowledge of computer vision and machine learning
- Basic automation skills (python)
- Basic familiarity with AWS
