Your Role & Responsibilities
- Direct cooperation with Head of Design and Creative Director
- Defining visual style for UI projects (incl. branding, colors, patterns and more)
- Collaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
- Improving workflow and defining internal processes, defining our visual standards
- Mentoring younger designers
Your Profile & Skills Required
- Extraordinary skills in terms of layouts, grids, UI patterns, color theory, typography
- 6+ years of documented commercial experience
- Extensive portfolio of commercial projects
- Good command of written and spoken Polish and English (B2/C1+)
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out
- Good understanding of business and technology
- Extreme attention to details
- You're a quick learner
Nice to Haves
- Skills in illustration, motion design, 3D or animation (at least one of these)
- Experience in brand identity design
- Social media presence (Dribbble or Behance)
