We’re the Sales Team @Surfer and our aim is to understand the challenges being faced by the client and how to sustainably solve them by offering our products/ growing the organization by giving structure to unstructured opportunities through identifying new partnerships and alliances, customers, and lines of revenue. We are establishing new functions within our team and together with two other Surfers we are looking to hire a Senior Inbound Sales Specialist who prioritizes the needs, challenges, goals and interests of individuals. Instead of focusing on closing the deal as soon as possible, our new colleague will work to meet consumers where they are and then guide — not push — them through the decision-making process.

What you'll be doing:
  • be the first point of contact with potential customers informing them about Surfer’s product range
  • contributing to establishing a new sales strategy (or process)/ upgrading the existing one
  • holding engaging conversations over the phone/email/chat to provide potential customers with clear information about our products
  • educate, inform, nurture, and guide our customers through the decision-making process
  • qualifying and closing inbound deals, increasing Surfer’s customer base
  • contributing to wider team culture through engaging in various team activities

We might be looking for you if you:
  • have already experience as an Inbound Sales Specialist, ideally in SaaS company
  • were taking part in establishing a new sales process for B2B customers
  • are a great communicator in English
  • know how to explain tricky cases to non-tech customers
  • are familiar with the customer-centric approach
  • get excited about new functionalities, products
