Support the Director, Growth with the development of Plato’s overall growth strategy focused on building and executing go-to-market demand and lead generation initiatives that positively impact pipeline generation and growth goals
Build and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy and corresponding marketing programs for your assigned segment including developing target audience personas, ideal customer personas, messaging, and targeting
Create, maintain, and execute on a growth program calendar that outlines key programs, initiatives, and events that will impact marketing funnel generation (leads and pipeline)
Plan and execute growth initiatives and campaigns across multiple mediums including email campaigns, calling campaigns, in-person events, digital events, direct mail, paid advertisements, associations, webinars, social media, and partnerships
Develop a strong understanding of Plato’s target audiences and drive internal prospect education including the development of personas and messaging to create highly personalized and engaging programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth goals including working closely with BDR, Sales, Product, Customer, Finance, and Operations Teams
Provide guidance to content writers and graphic designers on the development of campaign materials to ensure branding and messaging is consistent with program brief
Track and analyze campaign data across the marketing funnel and apply findings to continuously improve
Own monthly pipeline generation goals and be responsible for achieving them
Accurately report on the impact of growth initiatives including funnel metrics, conversion rates, cost, ROI, and overall impact on pipeline and revenue
Other tasks as assigned
5+ years of growth marketing, demand generation, marketing programs, or lead generation experience
Previous experience working in a high-growth technology company, preferably within SaaS
Demonstrated experience planning and executing multi-channel demand generation and lead generation programs with a track record of success
Strong understanding of growth fundamentals and best practices, attribution, intent, funnel optimization, analytics, and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of all core channels involved in planning and executing successful campaigns
Previously held a target number of leads and pipeline to generate
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn from others, solicit feedback, and provide constructive positive and negative feedback
Experience using marketing technology including HubSpot, Salesforce, Lemlist, Customer.io, Builder.io, Koala, Outreach, etc.
High sense of ownership with a commitment to delivering high quality initiatives and programs that enable us to achieve our targets
