We’re looking for a Growth Lead to do the following:
Manage a 6 figure monthly ad spend on Facebook, TikTok, Google, ASA
Setup and manage the design of creatives including finding content creators and language testing
Design & implement landing pages and run A/B tests
Find and experiment with new distribution channels to lower CAC
Manage and improve processes around testing
Work with product and design experiments to improve conversion rates across the funnel
You will have a lot of autonomy over your workflow.
