In this role, you will provide support to our CRO and our VPs of Sales. They have busy calendars and multiple daily external-facing meetings across time zones. You will also help them be more effective managers, helping to approve team expense reports, plan for PTO coverage, and keep a regular 1:1 cadence with direct reports on the calendar. In a post-COVID world, you will help coordinate team off-sites and travel.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple calendars, coordinating meetings and reschedules across different time zones (Google Calendar)
- Manage team expense approvals and monthly expense report submissions for executives (Expensify)
- Attend internal meetings and keep minutes, following up with stakeholders on agreed action items, keeping track of progress
- Support CRO event planning and coordination, within the team and in conjunction with Field Enablement and Workplace
- Create decks for internal and external customers as requested
Requirements
- Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Suite, Office suite experience
- Communicating at the executive level with internal and external customers
- Implement systems, processes, or programs that increase efficiency
- 5+ years of experience supporting an executive team at a VP+ level at a technology company
- Experience dealing with confidential information requiring discretion
- Previous experience with our daily tools: Slack, Google Calendar, Zoom, Salesforce.com, Expensify, Airbase
