Allobee is a managed marketplace and tech startup. We provide a remote workforce of fully vetted, freelance experts to our clients that are small businesses, entrepreneurs and startups. We are looking for experienced Executive Assistants who will provide support with clerical tasks, ensuring all related corporate procedures are organized and performed in time. A successful candidate should be able to act proactively and without guidance while understanding the client's needs and adhering to the company policies.
Help to establish contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow
Manage information for internal and external communication including memos, emails, presentations, reports
Supervise the performance of clerical and administrative staff
Help executives to arrange their daily schedule, setting up meetings, travel, speaking engagements and ensuring they follow their agenda
Receive and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Manage office filing system
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant
Extensive experience with office management systems and procedures, as well as major office applications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Confidentiality and discretion
