The Candidate
The SmartCommerce leader in this position will:
Lead the growth and support of the SmartCommerce Retailer Network by leveraging and extending our industry-leading technology and team efficiently and expertly. Lead adoption of the 8112 coupon standard by integrating with SmartCommerce solutions. Support and extend SmartCommerce’s position as a subject matter expert on eCommerce data. As the network develops, assist in identifying and bringing new retailer-focused support solutions to market.

Requirements
Must be able to understand technical standards and translate them into a go-to-market Plan that supports the organizational goals and leverages/builds our capabilities
Manage the team to successful execution of the Plan
Ability to simultaneously be both practical and innovative
Demonstrate a willingness to pivot when warranted
Must love big challenges
Be a strong contributor to the organization, while supporting and expanding our culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior
Experience:
•Strong Ecommerce experience, ideally supporting or selling to retailers
•Experience in promotion, including Retailer Media
•Successful team leadership
•Existing strong retailer relationships are a huge plus
