We’re looking for an experienced, driven, and creative leader to expand the marketing team and function in a unique opportunity to redefine what it means to be an international shipping carrier to position against industry heavyweights like DHL, FedEx and UPS.
Location: Remote (#LI-Remote)
What you'll do:
- Build and lead a team across product marketing, demand generation, partnerships, and content marketing
- Accelerate revenue by executing and expanding existing strategies while exploring and testing new ways to market Passport and reach customers
- Lead all branding, positioning, messaging, GTM, and lifecycle strategy for Passport and all its products and services
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Success, Operations, and Executive teams to define and execute on revenue targets and adoption goals
- Translate key company objectives into GTM strategy, resource allocation, and execution plans
You have many of the following:
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, commerce, or logistics
- Strong track record of driving revenue and customer growth
- 4+ years of leadership experience including team development, management, and driving consensus across executive stakeholders that translates into action
- A "player-coach" mindset: you can build, develop, and manage teams as well as execute
- Natural born storyteller: ability to translate technical B2B products into merchant-facing narratives and positioning
- Disruptive, fast-paced, high-growth environments are your preferred habitat
