Job Description
Sense is seeking an exceptional Sales Director in the UK with a strong track record in B2B Enterprise sales to lead customer acquisition and revenue expansion efforts. This individual will provide leadership to our talented Sales team, with which the leader will be involved in continuing to scale.
Responsibilities
- Using proven sales tools to manage pipeline, reach and exceed sales quota, increase renewals and retention, and improve team productivity
- Support the Sales team by leading and participating in client and prospect meetings
- Oversee the full Sales workflow to ensure we are meeting quota
- Deep understanding of competitive positioning and customer demands in the marketplace
- Partner with our Customer Success and Marketing teams to design and align on Sales Communication
- Lead regular meetings and provide updates to review Sales metrics, progress, and results internally
- Train, mentor and measure performance of the Sales team
- Drive and iterate our Sales strategy as we scale
Qualifications
- A strong track record of success in B2B Enterprise sales and closing deals, ideally in SaaS (major plus if within the recruitment industry)
- 2 or more years of demonstrated senior sales management success
- Strong negotiation, people and closing skills
- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) to ensure all touchpoints are captured in the Sales Pipeline
- Ability to lead and motivate a Sales Team with a strong player-coach approach
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet with clients, attend conferences and trade shows.
- Experience in the Staffing and Recruiting industry – a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
