As Director of Growth Marketing, you will own the planning and execution of our growth strategy, ranging from demand generation, customer acquisition, engagement & retention that can amplify Magic’s brand, adoption and market penetration of Magic’s products.

This position is an exciting opportunity to drive brand awareness, demand generation and lead generation to fuel our growth.

Requirements

In this role, you will:

  • Continuously learn about our products, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Propose, refine and optimize our growth strategy across all marketing channels (organic and paid) to increase customer acquisition speed and efficiency.
  • Propose and execute community growth and co-marketing strategies.
  • Proactively define & drive growth-related key performance indicators, ruthlessly prioritize initiatives, projects and tasks for your team.
  • Continue to build a high performing team; lead by an example as a highly efficient contributor who has a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Stay laser focused to lead and manage your team to meet KPIs.
  • Effectively manage team budget, contractors, agencies.
  • Serve as Macgyver when things don’t go as planned, be ready to pivot or make the best out of new variables.


What you bring to the table:

  • 12+ years of professional experience with 5+ years growth marketing experience and 3+ years of management experience in the tech industry.
  • Verifiable digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, ads, website, etc.) expertise.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics, & CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, A/B testing, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Have a strong desire to understand Web3 (blockchain, crypto, NFT, etc.).
  • Strong leadership skills, know when to be a manager, a coach or a teammate.
  • Fast learner and fast thinker.
  • Ability to navigate through unknowns and rapid changes.
  • Ability to think strategically during planning and stay laser focused during execution.
  • Superb organization skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation.
  • Strong influencing skills; you are able to motivate internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support your vision and plans.
