We're looking for a director of creative and design to join our growing team. You'll apply your creativity and design expertise to startups and tech companies across various sectors, including Martech, Edtech, Fintech, Retailtech, eCommerce, digital marketplaces, and emerging technologies like drones and Web 3.0.
The talent in this dynamic position develops work that is highly visible, creating, in some cases, a company's first real brand presence. This role lets you fly creatively; nothing is off the table. You'll identify, develop and sell through creative concepts at an executive level that tell powerful stories, create deep connections, and drive meaningful results for genuinely interesting and up-and-coming brands. You'll also lead and foster collaboration to develop ground-breaking ideas and content executions across multiple touchpoints and partners from concept development and sell-in to production and delivery.
The successful candidate has a combination of deep design experience, a strong point of view and the ability to organize campaigns from conception to delivery, including for SMG. We want to evolve B2B marketing, find more creative ways into the conversation and, yes, be recognized for our work. The Director of Creative and Design reports to the Senior Vice President of Brand, Creative and Content and works closely with other SMG teammates and contractors.
