What you'll do

The Technical Analyst will report to the Business Intelligence Manager and work closely with marketing, performance optimization, product, business, and development teams to implement tracking for data collection, enhance business intelligence solutions using data.

  • Translate business needs to technical specifications for data tracking requirements to help provide actionable insights on affiliate performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement/refinement of processes, tools, quality metrics, methodologies and standards with various teams and team members.
  • Build and deploy tracking for data collection on client websites based on business goals (via Google Tag Manager, or another tag management tool).
  • Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.

What you'll bring

  • Degree or equivalent in computer science, web development or related field, or proven equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML.
  • knowledge of website architecture, including DOM Events, DOM Manipulation, GTM Data Layer.
  • knowledge of analytics implementation (such as Google Tag Manager).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details, in addition to the ability to identify and address problems effectively.
  • Strong desire and passion to learn and grow various data-related skills.
