We are currently recruiting for a strong QA Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing comprehensive automation test suites and frameworks.
We are looking for someone who has 3+ years of Lead experience. As part of the Amach team you will implement test automation frameworks leveraging common Amach libraries while following our best practices.
Key Responsibilities & Duties Include:
- Develop test strategies, plans, and maintain automation test data
- Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed
- Execute automated tests and manage the resulting defect log through the point of defect fix validation
- Ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and kept up to date
- Identify and report to product teams questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies
- Document and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework
- Assist in the identification, selection, and implementation of tools, technologies, and practices that support the overall QA process
- Contribute to accurate time estimates for automation test development
Key Competencies/Skills Required
- Experience leading a team
- Hands-on experience in test automation on below tools/technologies:
- Selenium
- Java
- SQL
- Worked with agile development (task estimation, test & deployment automation, continuous integration)
- Good communication skills with the ability to efficiently report to key stakeholders
- Ability to drive new technologies, tools, and processes
- Ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team
- Good creative problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and avid learner who strives to continually improve.
