Requirements
Interlaced is looking to hire a full-time Associate Systems Engineer in our San Diego location. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and experience working in diverse technical environments as well as with various cloud infrastructure components.
****We are willing to train and certify the right candidates that are fast learners and want to take the next step in their career!***
The candidate we are looking for has a technical skill-set, and stays up to date with the latest technology trends. The ability to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes is a must. The candidate must be personable and have the ability to interact with each level of the client's business, from the front desk to the CEO. The ability to simplify complex technical solutions and convey them to end users is a requisite.
Duties include assisting end users and troubleshooting through remote sessions, via chat, phone and email.
This is a full time, remote position. The candidate is expected to have a dedicated working environment/home office with stable internet connection.
There are two different schedules available for this position. Either from the hours of 6am - 3pm Pacific Time, or from 10am - 7pm Pacific Time. Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Candidates from anywhere in the US are encouraged to apply!
