Job Description

The Active Directory Security Platform Specialist is responsible for  day-to-day administering and managing global Active Directory infrastructure and user security by maintaining systems and applications to provide protection of information assets in accordance with O-I policies, procedures and SLAs. This position will also support the monitoring of IT controls environment at O-I by collaboration with the IT Risk and Compliance organization.

Other tasks may include involvement in the implementation of new security solutions, participation in the creation and maintenance of policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures as well as vulnerability audits and assessments.

This position is a member of the global Cyber Security team, that provides security services for the enterprise. Team members administer security systems and controls for global systems and other major regional applications. The focus of this position is on Active Directory infrastructure including Domain Controllers, DNS, GPO, Azure AD, AD Connect, PAM and PKI infrastructure in our environment, with possibility to work on many security tools, applications and projects.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

·         Experience with large Active Directory infrastructure,

·         Understanding of DNS, GPO, DFS, AD Connect systems,

·         Experience with cloud Azure AD, App registration, MFA,

·         Understanding PKI,

·         Developing scripts for process automation,

·         Working on SIEM console and log analyzing,

·         Working with vulnerability scanning tools,

·         Integrally engage in projects making sure that they comply with O-I security requirements,

·         Supporting the process of Design Security related enhancements,

·         Participating in the planning and design of enterprise security architecture,

·         Following documented procedures and retain necessary audit documentation,

·         Complying with O-I’s policies related to Information Security and Network Access,

·         Recommending process modifications for improvement,

·         Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operational activities to support Enterprise systems,

·         Documenting new processes and process changes,

·         Collaborating with other global IT operational support groups, both locally and globally,

·         Maintaining awareness and commitment to employment and legislative responsibilities in relation to workplace safety, discrimination, HR policies, quality and the environment.

 



Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in information technology or related discipline

·         3 years of experience working in Information Technology

·         2 years of working in system administration or IT security administration

·         Basics of ITIL Foundations knowledge

·         Microsoft system administration certification preferred

·         Knowledge of MS Active Directory and Windows services is desired

·         Intermediate PowerShell scripting is desired

·         Working with SIEM tools is desired

·         Understanding of industry’s security and controls frameworks and best practice

·         Intermediate knowledge of information security principles and practices

·         Medium knowledge of advanced security protocols and standards

·         Understanding best practice in software and security architectures

·         Effectively operate with global teams

·         Organized, responsive and highly thorough problem solver

·         Detail oriented

·         Self-starter and strong collaboration skills

·         Experience in effective communication with customers, employees and management

·         Have high integrity and be able to maintain confidentiality of work performed

·         Must be able to communicate in English – both written and verbal
