IS THIS YOU?
A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience (software sales a +)
Experience using sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, etc.)
Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas
The ability to self reflect and an openness to implement new strategies and techniques
A team-first mentality
 
DURING YOUR FIRST MONTH YOU WILL…
Attend Broadly University and learn who we are, where we’re going, and why we do what we do
Set up regular 1:1 meetings with your manager to discuss goals, progress, hopes, dreams, and more
Participate in in-depth product trainings to become an expert on our full suite and integrations
Be taught the demo top to bottom, with ample training workshops and practice sessions
Shadow your new colleagues and familiarize yourself with best practices
Learn all the Broadly departments and how they work together.
Close your first deal!
 
BY 3 MONTHS YOU WILL…
Have a clear understanding of your vertical and speak the lingo like a pro
Successfully deliver demos to prospects and guide them through a consultation
Understand our integration opportunities and how they build successful partnerships with customers
Learn how to hand off new customers to our Customer Success Team to ensure long term success
Listen actively to your customers to learn what their needs are, and to your colleagues to learn how to improve your skills
Build your pipeline and be hitting a fully ramped AE’s quota
 
BY 6 MONTHS YOU WILL…
Manage a strong pipeline of prospects
Work with your manager to understand your growth path and opportunities
Bring your own ideas to the table and contribute to our long term vision
Consistently achieve quota and close deals!
