BotsCrew is looking for an experienced Sales Professional who is willing to help us achieve new records in revenue in 2022 and 2023. And then – have an opportunity to grow to the Head of Sales.
You’ll be working in pair with an SDR and you’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Close deals
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal
Generate and implement ideas around bringing more revenue to the company
Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas (OKRs)
Identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Present products to prospective clients
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices

English Level – Advanced (C1/C2)
Critical and Creative Thinking
Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
A business acumen
Enthusiastic and passionate
Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot), with the aptitude to learn systems
