We are looking for an individual to support students in the implementation of the Prenda learning as an Academic Success Coordinator in the state of New Hampshire. Our company is obsessed with the mission of empowering learners, we live our core values and we embrace servant leadership.

Responsibilities
Academic Success Coordinators are responsible for the academic monitoring
and support of all Prenda students. Academic Success Coordinators monitor
student data and reach out to Guides and parents when student learning
issues arise. They respond to escalated support requests and own the MTSS
process. They also serve as the teacher of record for specific states and report
to our school partners or the state DOE when needed.

Qualifications
1. Certified Teacher in states or partnerships where required
2. Bachelor’s degree
3. 3 years of teaching experience
4. Ability to clear required background check

Duties

1. Monitoring max caseload of 400 general education students including max of 40
SPED students
a. View, interpret, and utilize student data to support student success
b. Monitor academic progress monthly for each microschool;
proactively reach out to guides when student learning issues need
to be flagged
c. Respond to relevant student academic support tickets
d. Serve as teacher of record for your caseload
2. Learning Tools:
a. Know the learning tools and data associated with those tools
b. Use data and reports from learning tools and assessments to
communicate student progress and needs
3. Grades/Reporting:
a. Where required, generate grades and communicate with Guides
assisted by automations and dashboards based on Prenda’s
grading policies and procedures.
b. Responsible for reporting student data and trends to stakeholders.
4. Testing:
a. Support proctoring efforts when needed, assist with Guide support
and training as needed.
5. Early Evaluative Screeners:
a. File for your assigned students, but all team members will support
this process
b. Review, follow up, and track response to flagged areas for your
assigned students
6. Tier 1 Resources:
a. Help disseminate the appropriate resources for guides in
collaboration with learning and development as needed for
student support
b. Update and contribute to documents, projects, and help articles
related to academic success, pedagogy and best practice for
student achievement.
7. Tiered Supports
a. When required for specific caseload,
i. Facilitate entire MTSS process for caseload: Tier 2
monitoring, interventions, Tier 3 process support, IEP/504
meetings
ii. Help develop processes internally and with partners
iii. Act as gen Ed Teacher/Prenda Rep for MTSS/IEP/504 or
additional meetings
iv. Provide present levels and guide input to charter partner
case manager prior to these meetings
v. Intervention office hours for students
8. Guide/Parent Support
i. Provide escalated support for Guides when academic
concerns arise
ii. Hold office hours as needed
iii. Create Trainings and Workshops in collaboration with other
teams
iv. Speak with parents when they have additional questions
about their student’s progress or needs
v. Coach guides around student academic growth, how to
respond to struggling students, when to escalate support
tiers
1. Walk Guides through IEP, accommodations, and what
their role is in supporting students with IEPs
9. Attend weekly Team and company meetings
10. Work with team and amongst other teams to continue growing and
revising strong processes for supporting student success
11. Collaborate with curriculum designers in areas of content expertise
12. Collaborate with Directors and PRMs to communicate with Partners
when appropriate
13. Other projects, team support, and squad work as needed
